Almost three years ago I posted God's Girl, about Grace Louise's baby dedication service. Last Sunday we stood before our local church body and publicly committed our intentions to raise our baby boy to know and love the Lord. In doing so, we acknowledge our responsibilities as Christian parents, but also submit to God's sovereign hand in the life our son. What an honor, a gift, to be entrusted with the precious lives of these children!
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might! -Ephesians 6:10
Oh, my sweet baby James, that you would be mighty for the Kingdom of God!
